Today, Congressman Gerry Connolly (D-VA) joined Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.), and Congressman Joe Courtney (D-Conn.) in sending a bicameral letter to President Biden calling on him to extend the pause on federal student loan payments until at least March 31, 2022.
