Congressman Connolly issued the following statement on the Supreme Court's stay on President Obama's Clean Power Plan:

"President Obama's Clean Power Plan is an ambitious, flexible and attainable framework, rooted in existing authority, that sets America on a path to lead on global climate change. Today's action by the Supreme Court is deeply disappointing, and yet another flawed decision by this court that jeopardizes our progress toward a cleaner, healthier and more sustainable future."
