Chairman Connolly to Hold Roundtable on Status of Subcommittee Work to Improve the Federal Workforce

On Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. ET, Rep. Gerald E. Connolly, the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Government Operations, will hold a roundtable with private sector partners to discuss ways to help the federal government and private sector partners identify, recruit, and employ diverse talent, specifically in protecting national security.
The roundtable will also examine the transition from the National Background Investigations Bureau to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and the hurdles that remain in the security clearance background investigation and adjudication processes for private sector partners.
