Dear Neighbor,
Today should mark 50 years since Roe v. Wade was first decided — a momentous decision that guaranteed every woman the right to control her own body.
But half a century after Roe, our daughters and granddaughters are at risk of growing up with fewer rights than their mothers and grandmothers. I believe the Supreme Court's decision last year to overturn the reproductive rights guaranteed by Roe was dangerous. And I've opposed partisan efforts to ban or limit abortion rights in Congress and states across the country.
