As we commemorate Pride Month, it's important to remember that we have not yet reached full equality for the LGBTQ+ community. One of the most meaningful steps we can take to achieve that goal is to pass the Equality Act and finally guarantee protection from discrimination for LGBTQ+ folks under federal law.
