Connolly Statement on Netanyahu's Planned Rafah Operation

Congressman Gerry Connolly (D-VA), a senior member of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs and the President Emeritus of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, released the following statement after Prime Minister Netanyahu said Israeli forces would carry out military operations in Rafah:
"Netanyahu's planned operation in Rafah will have catastrophic consequences for innocent Palestinians. Stop the killing. Negotiate a lasting ceasefire to end the suffering and free the hostages." |
