Connolly Statement in Support of a Two-State Solution

Congressman Gerry Connolly (D-VA), a senior member of the House Committee on Foreign Affiars and the President Emeritus of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, released the following statement in response to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's recent comments on a possible two-state solution:

"Prime Minister Netanyahu is wrong. A two-state solution must always be our ultimate goal. It is the only outcome that offers hope that today’s suffering and killing will end and a new peaceful co-existence will emerge."
